**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for sales related processes such as issuance of quotation and tender process.

2. Oversee operations in HQ and KL branch and report to Directors regularly.

3. Maintain effective communications with KL branch in operations issues.

4. Issue work order to Branch Manager, communicate work order to Branch Manager to ensure a smooth proceeding of services.

5. Ensure enough resources for security guards in every post and responsible to filter recruitment of security guards.

6. Arrange replacement of guard at affected location in the absence of guard.

7. Responsible for handling of customer enquiry including feedback and complaint.

8. Ensure any nonconformance or issues in operations are investigated and resolved.

9. Responsible for purchasing of uniforms and related equipment used in operations.

**Authority**:
1. Make decisions related to the entire operations

**Qualification Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills)**:
1. Minimum Degree in administration or related field.

2. At least minimum 5 years working experience in the related field.

3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

4. Outstanding communication skills and strong personality and interpersonal skills

5. Great leadership skill and able to maintain effective working relationship

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
