Company Driver

**Position**:Part -Time Company Driver

**Location**:Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

This position is open to both Malaysian citizens and foreigners who meet the necessary legal and professional requirements.

**Job Summary**

Our company is looking for a responsible, professional, and experienced Part-Time Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation services, including driving the company's Director(s) to meetings, events, and other destinations, as well as transporting staff, documents, and goods as and whenever needed both within the city and for outstation trips to other states, etc. This position requires punctuality, discretion, and professionalism, as well as a strong knowledge of Kuala Lumpur and outstation routes to ensure smooth and efficient travel.

The driver is expected and required to maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times, as they are representing the company in all interactions.

**Key Role & Responsibilities**
- Drive the company's Directors to various destinations, ensuring comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
- Safely transport employees, packages, and materials to and from designated locations within the city and for outstation trips as required.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure the company vehicle is in optimal working condition (e.g., fuel level, oil, water, tire pressure).
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the vehicle at all times, both inside and outside.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies while driving.
- Must be capable of driving Toyota Vellfire and other large SUVs comfortably.
- Monitor and update the team on the Touch 'n Go balance for toll payments, ensuring sufficient balance is maintained at all times.
- Report any vehicle-related issues immediately to the relevant staff and update them on any urgent matters requiring action.
- Submit all vehicle-related receipts (e.g., fuel, toll, maintenance) to the designated staff for claims and reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Ensure the vehicle is stocked with essential supplies such as tissues, hand sanitizers, bottled water, umbrellas, and emergency kits.
- Any additional certifications such as Defensive Driving Courses will be considered an added advantage.
- Represent the company professionally at all times by dressing in a neat, well-groomed manner and exhibiting courteous and professional behavior.

**Preferred Experience (This is an Added Advantage But is not required)**
- Ex-police officers, ex-military personnel, or trained bodyguards are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with VIP transportation protocols and high-security driving.

**Professionalism & Conduct**
- The driver must always dress professionally such as in Smart casual attire, etc (smart, clean attire).
- Punctuality is crucial - being late is not acceptable.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion, especially when driving company Directors.
- Exhibit politeness, courtesy, and respectful communication at all times.
- Maintain a positive and service-oriented attitude when interacting with employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Refrain from engaging in any inappropriate behaviour that could negatively impact the company’s image.

**Qualification & Requirements**
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to use GPS navigation and maps - Google maps and Waze to determine the best routes.
- Strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Strictly NO criminal record will be accepted
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive chauffeur role.
- Familiarity with Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and outstation routes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

**Work Arrangements & Schedule**
- Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 9:00 pm)
- Saturday/Sunday If required - (9:00 am to 2:00 pm)

**Salary Range**
- Hourly Rate: RM14 per hour
- Overtime & OT rate provided
- RM 60 outstation allowance for outstation trips
