As a Workday Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Workday HCM suite. Your expertise in Workday configuration and your deep understanding of HR processes will drive improvements and efficiencies across the organization. You will be the go-to expert for all things related to Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation modules, providing strategic insights and solutions to complex challenges.
- Provide expert support for existing system features, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Support Workday HCM, Recruiting, and other modules configuration, administration, and ongoing support.
- Analyze business requirements, design, and implement solutions within Workday.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with internal systems and processes.
- Conduct regular system audits, prepare for Workday updates, and maintain system stability.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Train and support Workday users across the organization, enhancing user experience and system adoption.
- Stay updated on new Workday features and functionalities, recommending improvements to enhance system efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration, particularly in HCM and Recruiting modules.
- Proven track record in supporting and troubleshooting Workday systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
- Workday certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Workday Finance module is a plus, but not required.
