1) Supervision of contracted services (for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection system, PA
System and building control system, building security system).
- To maintain full record of all maintenance works done by the appointed contractors.
- To maintain full records for all MEP, FPS, PA System, BCS, BBS equipment and facilities
available.
- To draw up a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all relevant building equipment and
facilities.
- To prepare maintenance inspection checklist and schedule and conduct periodical inspection
as required.
- To conduct periodical test-run to all necessary equipment such as generator sets and physically
check/test the equipment
- To ensure all equipment are properly labeled, tagged and equipped with necessary warning
signs.
- To establish equipment breakdown procedures.
- To ensure the operation of building equipment is in compliance with requirements of any bylaws
or regulations.
- To conduct regular meeting with all appointed contractors and monitor the performance of
contractors.
General duties.
- To assist BE in general building operation duties and management works.
- To assist BE in preparation and establish the emergency procedures.
- To liaise with all relevant government agencies and authorities such as BOMBA, JKKP, Syabas,
TNB etc
- To assist BM & BE in preparation of work specifications for relevant works which require
quotations from external contractors.
- To monitor spare-parts inventory and stock and to maintain properly inventory records and
to take charge the maintenance of any store.
- To assist BE in plan and supervise day-to-day job assignment to every maintenance staff.
- To attend to maintenance service request, as required.
- To assist BM in all relevant matters as and when required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
- B0: 3 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Chargeman A4 (preferred)
