**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the day-to-day operation of the outlet including staff management and scheduling.

2. Work closely with Purchaser for food costs control, stock take and stock ordering.

3. Outlet sales and profitability and daily cash reporting.

4. Direct potential customers into the restaurant.

5. To provide excellent service and pleasant experience to customer by welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

6. Ensure every menu serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.

7. Able to explain all products clearly to customers, and to promote/up sell products at all times.

8. Having an eye for details to improve the quality of service and means of control, by continuously being creative and taking initiative.

9. Provide on-the-job training to new employees.

10. Strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and security requirements.

11. Inspect all menus to ensure that they meet quality standards.

12. Conduct inspection on new incoming of raw materials.

13. Create tests for quality control of all menus.

14. Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications.

15. Direct assembly adjustments to ensure operations reflect quality standards.

16. Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives.

17. Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions.

18. Write reports to document deficiencies and errors of products.

To perform and other ad-hoc task as assigned by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experienced as Team Lead or Crew Leader will be added advantage.
- Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Excellence in delivering customer satisfaction.
- Initiative and good leadership skills to manage a team.
- Able to communicate in English and Malay.
- Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
- May work special events, as needed.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday
- Energetic and able to work independently with long hours on shift.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
