As the **Sales Coordinator (Cabinetry Division)**, you will be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, designers, and production. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive communication will streamline workflows from lead follow-up to project completion.

**1. Sales Support & Coordination**
- Track and follow up on sales leads, quotations, and client responses.
- Schedule client meetings and manage the sales team’s calendar.
- Update and maintain CRM/internal systems with sales progress.
- Coordinate drawing approvals, document collection, and client confirmations.

**2. Order & Quotation Management**
- Process customer orders accurately in **AutoCount** or similar systems.
- Verify quotations for measurements, finishes, and design specifications.
- Organize and file sales documents (quotations, contracts, approvals).

**3. Client & Team Liaison**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding updates (timelines, approvals).
- Liaise between **sales, design, and production teams** to ensure project alignment.
- Join project WhatsApp groups to monitor real-time communication.

**4. Showroom & Administrative Duties**
- Assist walk-in clients and maintain showroom presentation.
- Generate weekly reports on sales activities, pending tasks, and KPIs.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for cabinetry accessories.

**Qualifications & Skills**

✔ Experience: 2+ years in **sales coordination, admin support, or project coordination** (cabinetry, interior design, or construction industries preferred).

✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills.

✔ Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Chinese customers.

✔ Good attitude, discipline and can work as team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
