**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for E-Commerce platform’s order and inquiries from all the online portals (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc).
- Liaise and coordinate with customers on sales enquiry, quotation, order processing, resolving complaints.
- Resolving customer complaints and issuing refunds as needed.
- Maintaining the good response rate for all the online portals (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc).
- Respond promptly to customers on a timely basis on all social engagement, address any issues escalated from customers, and establish a good relationship with customers.
- Work with operation team to ensure backend such as pricing, product listings, campaign banners and collaterals, and inventory of products are up to date.

- Fluent in verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
- Able to multitask, prioritize and self-manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, critical thinker, and have good problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
