**The Mission You Will Take on - What You Will Do**
- Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, preferences and team dynamics, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition efforts and organisational efforts
- Support onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation, ultimately fostering employee retention and satisfaction
- Coordinate with various departments to complete necessary documentation and orientation

**What you will bring**
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any related fields
- **Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency**:

- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- **Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR** are welcomed to apply
- Age Requirement 23 to 28 years old

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
