Dilooma Sdn Bhd sedang mencari calon yang teliti dan bertanggungjawab untuk jawatan Juruwang merangkap Pentadbiran bagi menyokong operasi harian bilik pameran. Jawatan ini menggabungkan tugas juruwang barisan hadapan dengan kerja pentadbiran asas.
**Tanggungjawab Utama**:
Tugas Juruwang
- Mengendalikan transaksi tunai, kad kredit, dan e-wallet dengan cekap dan tepat
- Mengeluarkan resit, bayaran balik, atau baki kepada pelanggan
- Menyediakan keseimbangan tunai dan penyata harian
- Memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang mesra semasa pembayaran
Sokongan Pentadbiran
- Melaksanakan kemasukan data harian, pemfailan dan kemas kini rekod
- Membantu dengan kiraan stok dan pemantauan inventori
- Menyediakan laporan ringkas untuk pengurusan kedai
- Menyokong HR/pentadbiran dalam rekod cuti atau pemfailan dokumen
**Keperluan**:
- Minimum SPM atau setaraf
- Pengalaman dalam bidang juruwang atau pentadbiran adalah kelebihan
- Kemahiran komputer asas (Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Mesra, bertanggungjawab, dan fokus kepada pelanggan
- Kelebihan kepada yang boleh mula bekerja serta-merta

**Job Summary**:
Dilooma Sdn Bhd is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Cashier cum Admin to support daily retail operations. This role combines front-line cashiering with basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth store performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Cashiering Duties
- Handle cash, credit card, and e-wallet transactions efficiently and accurately
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers
- Maintain cash register balance and perform end-of-day reconciliation
- Provide excellent customer service during checkout
Administrative Support
- Perform daily data entry, filing, and updating of records
- Assist with stock count and basic inventory tracking
- Prepare simple reports and summaries for store management
- Support HR/admin in leave records or document filing (as needed)
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Previous experience in cashiering or administration is an advantage
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Friendly, responsible, and customer-focused
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
