Your new job includes
- Coordinate with Third Party Vendors or appointed contractors any facility-related matters requiring rectification and repair works to ensure that our Retail stores as well as Office and Warehouse areas meet the Heinemann standards while providing safety to our Customers and Team Members.
- Perform actual handyman support to resolve matters requiring urgent attention and in compliance with the Airport’s Tenancy obligations.
- Support the implementation of Workplace Health and Safety Policy to ensure that Team Members comply with the Company’s internal policy while embracing the Safety First mindset.
- Provide repair assessment and reports to the Management Team, including proposed action plans, timeline and budget to support improvement works within the Company.

What you should bring along
- A Certificate or Diploma in Building Maintenance with at least 3 years of construction or repair experience with actual hands-on experience on managing electrical, plumbing, HVAC works as well as carpentry works.
- Well-established technical knowledge with the ability to prioritise works that will critically impact the customers or business operations.
- Experienced in using various tools to support hands-on works.
- Is organised, has keen attention to details and can work well under time pressure.
- Has good communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various levels within the business while also representing Heinemann in the best possible way with external parties.
