**Location**: Wangsa Maju, KL

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month (Basic + commission)

**Job Overview**:As a Language Program Sales Representative at Dreams Language Academy, you will play a crucial role in students recruitment efforts targeted at promoting our Japanese language courses and cultural programs. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive enrollment growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide consultation to enquiring students and their parents regarding their language learning goals, program options, and career prospects.
- Strategize and implement plans to increase students numbers.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the language academy’s programs.
- Identify potential students through various channels, such as website inquiries, social media, educational fairs, referrals, and partnerships with agents or institutions.
- Keep accurate records of prospective students and applicants.
- Work closely with other departments within the language school, such as admissions, marketing, and academic services, to ensure a seamless and coordinated experience for students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business,Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in English and Malay Language (Japanese languages will be advatages) with strong writing and communication skills in both languages.
- Passion for Japanese language, culture, and education.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience in sales is a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
