**Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Oversight**

i. Supervise renovation operations on site

ii. Ensure project is completed according to design specification and quality standards

**2. Team Management**

i. Monitor contractor, subcontractor and on-site workers

ii. Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on site

**3.Quality Control**

i. Receive and check material quality and quantity delivered to site

ii. Inspect work regularly to ensure it meets company standard and client expectations

iii. Address any defects or issues immediately to maintain quality

**4. Safety Compliance: Ensure everyone adheres to workplace health and safety standards**
- Scheduling and Coordination: Ensure timely completion of project
- Communication : Act as the primary point of contact between the company, clients and subcontractors. Provide regular updates on progress and any issues

**Requirement**:
2.Strong understanding of construction process, materials and techniques specific to cabinetry and interior design. Familiarity with building codes and regulations

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to clearly convey information and instructions to team members and clients.

4. Relevant certification or qualification in construction management or a related field may be preferred.

5. Ability to work in various environment conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
