**Position Title**:
Cargo Reservation & Operation Executive

**Report To**:
Country Cargo Manager Hong Kong

**Position Summary**:

- The Duty Executive on shift duty supports daily on sales, customers & operation especially during weekends and holidays for 6x weekly freighters and 21x weekly passenger belly.
- The position also aims to develop talent to progressively gain experiences, knowledge and skills in both commercial sales and operation perspectives as well as building up digital records at online archive sharepoint for experiences & knowledge sharing.

**Key Accountability**:
**Daily Customer Sales Support & Disruption Management**
- Daily Support Sales & Reservation operations especially on weekends and public holidays.
- Support to co-ordinate with customers, vendors, GHA and HQ on cargo irregularities, claims and investigations.

**Service Delivery**
- Together with HKG sales & cargo operation team to plan and collaborate with all related ground/ramp handling agents (HACTL, HKG Airport Services, SATS, PAPAS) & HQ departments for daily cargo operational functions of both import and export cargo as well as freighter and belly operations.
- Ensure optimum ULD stock is available at HKG station.

**Vendor Management & Liaisons**
- Monitor performance of GHA and work on improvement actions with GHA to improve operational performance.
- Ensure standards & procedures & requirements are met by GHA/RHA/Station Staff/Forwarders.

**Safety & regulatory Compliance**
- Interact with customs and government authorities in order to comply with all regulations and avoid penalties.
- Ensure Dangerous Goods Carriage Permit in HKG and Macau are valid and renewed with local Civil Aviation Authority
- Ensure all mandatory safety and security training arranged and completed by the staff.

**Invoice Reconciliation**
- Ensure accuracy of invoices billings from vendors for settlement.

Station Cargo Revenue Target 2024: MYR145 mil

**Qualification & Working Experience**:

- High school graduate
- Minimum 5+ years experiences in airlines cargo operations, including freighter

**Area of Experience**:

- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Thorough understanding and experience in airlines cargo operation for belly & freighters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office 365, MH Cargo’s Logistics Management System LMS, GHA’s Cargo Management System (hactl-COSAC)

**Personality Traits**:

- Shift duty is required and willing to work long hours, weekend & holidays.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-tasking.
- Attention to details
- Ability to lead and provide guidance to internal/external team members.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse environment.
- Self-Motivated and ability to work independently, especially during repeating short-notice freighter disruption period
