- Achieving the designated territory's sales targets
- Nurturing, expanding, and retaining existing customers in accordance with the company's growth objectives
- Arranging and executing Continuing Medical Education (CME) events to promote the assigned product
- Maintaining an updated and well-organized database of physicians, hospitals, and paramedical contacts
- Regularly providing reports on market insights
