Data Entry/admin Clerk

**Job Summary**
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
- Perform document photocopying and paperwork distribution tasks
- Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
- Process and prepare documents, such as business forms, petty cash and expense reports.
- Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
- Manage inventory and order materials, office supplies, and services.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum SPM with pass in English
- Computer Literate
- Good typing skill
- Fast learner
- Good attitude
- Good interpersonal relations
- Can handle pressure and able to overtime occassionally
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift

**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
