**Job responsibilities**:

- To handle internal plumbing work and minor electrical work
- Plumbing work which does not require vendor assistance.
- To assist with technical work ( access door, electromagnetic lock, CCTV and fiber connection) if required.
- Inspection on piping and electrical, Electrical work (i.e.,Minor electrical troubleshooting, changing light tube etc.)
- Machinery servicing (i.e., grasscutter, blower machine, etc.), Urgent HVAC work (i.e., water dripping from air conditioner)

**Requirement**:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Certificate in PW2/PW4/Electrical Skill / Plumbing (A1/A2)
- Minimum 2 year relevant working experience
- Willing to be based in Taiping, Perak

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
