Banking Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Actively promote and sell a diverse range of Bancassurance life insurance products to existing and potential bank customers.
- Provide tailored advice on financial products that align with individual customer needs, ensuring they understand the benefits and features.
- Strategically plan and execute sales activities related to Bancassurance products to maximize outreach and engagement.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of Bancassurance products available in the market to provide informed recommendations and stay competitive.
- To proactively manage and build long-term customer relationships.
- Meet individual sales targets and actively contribute to the overall sales goals of the branch.
**Job Requirements**:
- Preferably **Diploma** or **Degree**.
- At least 2 year of experience in sales in selling Banca.
- Strong interest in financial planning and investment and interested in sales.
- Basic + allowance + incentives
- Possess PCE, CEILI or TBE
- **Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
