We are a dynamic mid-sized group operating in **construction, manufacturing, trading, and human resource services **industries, seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Accountant** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Accounting & Consolidation**:

- Prepare and manage financial reports, including consolidation of accounts.
- Provide support in project budgeting, cash flow projection, discounted cash flow (DCF), and net present value (NPV) analysis.
- **Corporate Support**:

- Assist in company secretary-related tasks such as drafting board resolutions, letters, share lodgment, and handling share stamping and tax-related matters.
- **Project Management Support**:

- Provide day-to-day updates on bank balances, payments, and collection reports.
- Compile and manage project paperwork, financing documentation, and support project managers throughout project proposal, commencement, and completion stages.

**Qualifications and Experience Required**:

- **Education**: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Background in industries such as construction, manufacturing, or trading is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in cash flow projection, DCF, and NPV analysis.
- Familiarity with project budgeting.
- Knowledge of company secretary duties including board resolutions, letters, lodgment, stamping, and tax department handling.
- Hands on AI tools and skill a must for research, reporting, analysis and write ups for account reporting purposes.
