Ensure the sales area is ready for operation.
- Supervise product withdrawal, product arrangement, price label placing, cleanliness of products and aisle, and supervise sales staff and promoters to serve customers according to the standard.
- Sell products with sales staff by providing product information and suggestions to customers. Coordinate with customers and other teams such as SO, DS, DC, other stores and Vendors to check and provide products and services to customers.
- Help the supervisor check Article list and the remaining balance of each Article in PRL report. Specify Articles that must be ordered in each cycle. In case a product is out of stock, or large volume of products is required by customers, follow the process to create manual STO or coordinate with the supervisor to request Buyer to create PO and place order outside the cycle.
- Coordinate with other teams to prepare the promotion area and facilitate for sales staffs on product installation and signage installation.
- Check daily and weekly sales from Store Coordinator. Provide suggestions, activities or strategic plan to help stimulate sales and present to the supervisor in the section meeting.
- Check the tools and equipment withdrawal list to ensure the correctness before submitting to the supervisor for the approval.
- Coordinate with related department to check the document and condition of the products returned by customers, to determine whether to refund or exchange new products for customers. In case that the approval from the supervisor is required, inform the supervisor for approval.
- Random check the real time stock. Compare the result with the on-hand stock data in the system and prepare report to submit to the supervisor.
- Perform other tasks as commanded by the superior.

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
