**Responsibilities**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the ledger accounts, closing activities, and reporting related to fixed assets. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Assets Master data maintenance, processing of capitalization, retirements, transfers, disposals, and inter-co transfer in accordance with US GAAP, Local GAAP and AMD's policies
- Perform monthly Fixed Assets Account reconciliation and Balance Sheet Review on Plant, Property & Equipment, Leases and Licenses
- Prepare Fixed Assets related schedule, depreciation reasonableness and analysis and project assignments
- Reconcile month-end operating and finance leases, monitor and manage the appropriate lease controls and system
- Driving to execute appropriate control over fixed assets eligibility and useful life
- Coordinate physical asset count and asset tagging
- Being a key contact for Internal / External Reporting regarding fixed assets and ensures that financial statement disclosures are accurately stated
- Fostering strong relationships with business partners, maintaining a detailed understanding of capital and leveraging that understanding to maintain appropriate control
- Involve in KPI & metrics tracking and measurement
- Prepare reports & presentation decks for management and business partners
- Participate in on-going system/process simplifications and improvement projects

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Related accounting experience is preferred
- Passionate or experience in automation tools and technologies such as Power BI, RPA etc.
- Proactive, detailed oriented and solid analytical skills
- A team player and able to work independently with tight deadlines and mínimal supervision.
