RFID Installer

Job Duties:

- Familiarize with the function of RFiD, Touch ‘n Go e-wallet and other components related to them
- Register RFiD accounts for customers
- Install RFiD on the cars
- Use CRM systems to complete the installation and fitment process
- Engage with customers with excellent communication skills
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding RFiD and Touch ‘n Go e-wallet (Additional information required according to region allocation)
- Clarify customer complaint and resolve the problem by selecting and explaining best solution available
- Be responsible with stocks on-hand
- Calculate stocks and write daily report using provided system

Skills and Qualifications:

- Entry-level
- No prior experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to provide customer support
- Active listening and able to handle complaint
- Basic computer Microsoft skills required
- Able to adapt/respond to different types of customers’ characters
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Have a mindset to always learn and improve both hard skills an soft skills
