To carry out Sewerage System Maintenance (Sewerage Treatment Plant, Sewerage Pump Station, Small Sewerage Treatment Plant and Septic Tank), Scada System inspection (PLC’s, Fibre Optic Networking, Switches), Sanitary & Ironmongeries, Internal Water Distribution System, and all matter relating to all PTP Utilities and Mechanical maintenance and up keeping.
- Responsible for the wellbeing of C&S, M&E, Online Monitoring Software including Sensor and Instrument installation.
- Assist Technical Engineer in monitoring the sectional development, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and unplan corrective works progress.
- Responsible to carry out inspection of Sewerage and Sanitary Unit equipment and tools as planned and prepare and submit report findings.
- Carry out Quality Control and Quality Assurance of Contractor / Vendor / Supplier job execution.
- To prepare and/or verify checklist, request for inspection of preventive and corrective maintenance for Sewerage and Sanitary Unit area.
- To carry out minor repair, attend breakdown or minor maintenance works as directed.
- To assist Technical Engineer in obtaining compliance during SPAN, DOE and JKKP visits.
- To carryout sewerage performance test such pH Measurement, DO Reading, MLSS Reading, Ammoniacal Nitrogen Field Test, Turbidity Test and doing sludge depth measurement.
- To carryout troubleshooting for sensor, measure mA, Amp and Voltage of supply for all monitoring equipment.
- To carryout troubleshooting on networking equipment such Fiber optic testing, Network Cable Testing, Switches, Router and Media Converter.
- To carryout troubleshooting on CCTV equipment such IP Camera, POE Switches & Network Video Recording (NVR).
- Conduct inspection, monitoring, advice and review HSE Matters of Plants Section area works on site including leading a safety tools boxes meeting with all contractors under his supervision.
- Inspection and liaison with Sewerage and Sanitary Unit stakeholders on the remedial works to carry out. Responsible for the implementation of Information Security (IS) and IT Policies that reflect the organisation’s needs with regard to the protection of information and assets and the integrity and privacy of the organisation’s intellectual property.

**REQUIREMENT**
- At least 4 years of experience in, pumps, sewerage system, air blower and other mechanical installations, SCADA & CCTV System
- Able to provide cost estimates for work including taking data, prepare sketches and diagrams
- Able to carry-out inspection of works and provide an assessment of the works
- Review drawings and specifications pertaining to construction works and repairs
- Prepare reports from site visits, surveys or field inspection.
- Able to monitor contractors’ works
- Resourceful and well organized.
- Good communication and reasoning abilities. Sound judgment.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Proficiency in Autocad, Siemen WiNCC Software and Siemen TIA Portal
- Proficiency with MS Office
