**Financial Reporting & Analysis**: Handle financial reporting for investment holding and dormant companies, ensuring compliance with listing regulations and financial standards.
- **Margin & Profitability Analysis**: Prepare monthly margin reports for each platform (B2C) and each customer (B2B), providing insights to support business unit leaders in decision-making.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Assist in preparing monthly variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts, identifying key financial trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- **Quarterly & Annual Reporting**: Support the completion and submission of quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring alignment with Bursa Malaysia listing requirements.
- **Audit & Compliance**: Assist and provide backup to the Group Accountant and Finance Manager in corporate exercises, year-end audits, and financial compliance matters.
- **Process & System Improvement**: Support new process implementations, data analysis, system/solution testing, and provide end-user support for financial systems.
- **Key Finance Liaison**: Act as the primary finance contact for Business Continuity (BC) implementation and documentation.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, bankers, property valuers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- **Cash Flow & Working Capital Management**: Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and payable to optimize financial performance.
- **Listing Compliance & Financial Governance**: Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, Bursa Malaysia listing rules, and corporate governance requirements.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years' of relevant experience
- Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
