**Person Specification**
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI development, with a focus on large language models.
- Expertise in Falcon LLM and familiarity with other open-source AI frameworks such as LLaMA 2.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
