**DJI Malaysia is hiring Sales Associate**
**Location: Gurney Plaza**

**Salary Range: (Basic RM2800) + Commission.**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
2. Recommend, select, and demonstrate product based on customer needs and desires.
3. Describe the key features, show sample footage, demonstrate product and care of product to customers.
4. Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer’s reference.
5. Demonstrate use or operation of product.
6. Help customers try on to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase.
7. Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of product and set up service.
8. Customer relationship management. Maintain and service customer base of the store.
9. Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company’s products.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum Diploma qualification or at least 1 year of retail experience.
2. Fresh graduate student are welcome to apply.
3. Self-motivated, target driven and passionate in the sales & services industry.
4. The right attitude and interest to learn & grow in the retail industry.
5. Humble and willing to learn.
6. Must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
7. Location: Klang Valley, Penang, Sabah & Sarawak

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
