- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies.
- Ensure products are displayed according to store standards.
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system, process transactions, and handle payments.
- Promote sales, discounts, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory.
- Perform stock checks and help replenish merchandise as needed.
- Ensure shelves are tidy, well-organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist in setting up displays or arranging products to attract customers.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure it is clean and organized.
- Monitor for signs of theft and report suspicious behavior to management.
- Ensure store safety and follow company security protocols.
- Record customer feedback and report to management.
- Handle basic paperwork such as inventory sheets, stock lists, etc.
- Work with other team members and follow direction from supervisors.
- Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on products and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Student job
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM6.89 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 45 per week
