Memberikan nombor kelompok 'batch nombor' untuk bahan mentah. - Menurunkan barangan dan seterusnya membuat pengesahan penerimaan dengan menurunkan tandatangan dengan disertakan cop penerimaan syarikat. - Membuat perbandingan di antara barangan yang diterima dengan barangan yang di tempah dan melaporkan terus kepada bahagian penjagaan kualiti jika ada sebarang perbezaan. - Menyusun barangan yang di terima mengikut jenis dan kemudian dilebalkan dengan label pengenalan "quarantine" seterusnya memaklumkan kepada bahagian kawalan kualiti untuk pengesahan label "approve".
