- Menerima bahan mentah, pembungkusan atau bahan bercetak berserta dokumen penghantaran yang betul. Memberikan nombor kelompok 'batch nombor' untuk bahan mentah.
- Menurunkan barangan dan seterusnya membuat pengesahan penerimaan dengan menurunkan tandatangan dengan disertakan cop penerimaan syarikat.
- Membuat perbandingan di antara barangan yang diterima dengan barangan yang di tempah dan melaporkan terus kepada bahagian penjagaan kualiti jika ada sebarang perbezaan.
- Menyusun barangan yang di terima mengikut jenis dan kemudian dilebalkan dengan label pengenalan "quarantine" seterusnya memaklumkan kepada bahagian kawalan kualiti untuk pengesahan label "approve". Barangan akan disimpan di dalam stor masing-masing mengikut jenis barangan.
- Mengemaskini maklumat dari masa ke semasa merujuk kepada dokumen penghantaran daripada pelanggan, dokumen permohonan barangan 'SRF' dan dokumen pemulangan barangan.
- Memastikan barangan yang diterima disertakan dengan dokumen penghantaran (DO) dan dicatatkan dalam Good Received Record Book (Raw, Packaging & Printed)
- Memaklumkan kepada bahagian pembelian jika ada perbezaan di antara bahan yang dipesan dengan barang yang diterima.
- Memastikan bahan dalam stor dan disimpan dalam keadaan baik dan kemas.
- Pengeluaran bahan dalam stor mengikut permintaan pengeluaran melalui SRF atau melalui permintaan terus daripada pejabat "Delivery Order" untuk jualan terus.
