**Position Overview**:
The Live Host will be the on-camera personality for our live streaming sessions, introducing services, engaging with viewers, and sharing beauty tips and promotions to create a vibrant, interactive online community. This role is ideal for someone confident, personable, and passionate about beauty, who can captivate an audience and effectively communicate our brand’s mission and values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Live Hosting**: Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, engaging viewers, showcasing services, and providing a friendly, informative experience.
- **Product & Service Demonstrations**: Present and demonstrate a range of beauty services and products, highlighting their benefits and answering viewer questions to educate and inspire.
- **Audience Engagement**: Actively interact with viewers during live sessions, responding to comments, addressing questions, and creating a warm, welcoming environment.
- **Content Collaboration**: Work closely with the content creation and marketing teams to plan live session themes, promotions, and scripts that align with brand goals.
- **Brand Representation**: Serve as a passionate ambassador for Medina Salon & Spa, ensuring that each live session reflects our brand’s values and professional standards.
- **Performance Tracking**: Gather insights and feedback from live sessions to optimize content, improve engagement, and enhance future live-streaming strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in live hosting, public speaking, or performing is preferred; familiarity with beauty and wellness is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with an online audience naturally and confidently.
- **Personable & Charismatic**: Warm, approachable, and enthusiastic, with a strong on-camera presence and the ability to make viewers feel welcome.
- **Technical Skills**: Comfortable with live-streaming tools and social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- **Self-Motivated & Adaptable**: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and adapt in real-time to viewer interactions and content needs.
- **Passion for Beauty**: A genuine interest in beauty, wellness, and helping clients feel their best.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,530.40 - RM1,878.95 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
