- Job Description
Sales Admin and support team members to complete orders for clients.
Account clerk with basic knowledge of SQL system.
- Assists customers with selection of product, record sales in SQL systems and filing of bank receipts and delivery notes)
- Handle daily in-coming sales calls enquiries and whatapp.
- Generate sales invoices, quotes & packing lists & Help prepare customer orders & packing
- General upkeep of display in Showroom
- Check incoming stock/embroidery and stock transfer
- Self independence to handle all work scope.

Essential:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word & Excel and SQL accounting system.
- Cheerful and positive personality
- Can be independent and complete work according to the dateline
- Willing to learn new things and follow instructions
- Active, diligent & Multi-tasking
- Experience preferred but not essential (Class Training and one to one will be provided)
