**Job Summary**-
**Responsibilities area**: Problem/Incident Management, Pro-Active/Preventive Maintenance, Change/Release Management, DR/BCP Management, Risk & Compliance, Documentation, Reporting, People / Training.**Key Responsibilities**
- At least Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Information Technology & related fields
- Strong technical knowledge in IBM tools like CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and mainframe development related tools.
- Excellent prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate strong problem solving skills and analytical in problem resolution.
- Team player, fast learner, self initiative and reliable.
- Programming knowledge in Java/API and Unix, Linux environment will be added advantag
**Skills and Experience**
- IBM Mainframe tools
- IBM JCL/CICS/COBOL/VSAM / Abend-Aid
- Control-M
- JAVA & API
- **Nice to have**:
- ITIL certificates
- Prior experience in Production Support Services
