**Job Overview**:
As a **IT Solutions Consultant**, you will bridge the gap between healthcare clients and the development team. You will work directly with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and translate them into scalable digital solutions that optimize operations and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed **requirement analysis** with healthcare clients (e.g. clinics, hospitals).
- Support end-to-end **implementation of HIS and clinic management systems**.
- Liaise with the development team to translate requirements into **functional specifications**.
- Oversee **solution testing, UAT, and quality control** before go-live.
- Coordinate **multi-party project discussions**, align deliverables, and manage expectations.
- Provide **post-implementation support** and feedback for product enhancements.
- Use project management tools (e.g. JIRA) to track progress, issues, and milestones.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related fields.
- **3-5 years of experience** as an IT Consultant or Business Analyst.
- Familiarity with **SDLC**, **Agile methodologies**, and tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Analytical, structured, and proactive in identifying process gaps and improvements.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
