Lab Assistant

**Job description**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure daily laboratory activities is carried out in safe manner, and follow all the standard operating procedure, rules and regulation.
- Responsible to perform soil, concrete and aggregate testing.
- Responsible to conduct density test.
- Carry out necessary sampling as per work requirement, both internally and from external storage.
- Able to sampling of concrete for compression and flexural test.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all quality records, both physical records and records maintain in system.
- Responsible to conduct slump testing.
- Collecting, preparing and testing sample.
- Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in laboratory at all times.
- Planning, setting up and undertaking controlled experiments and trials.
- prepare, writing, compile, review and summaries the reports.
- Ensure compliance to all applicable rules & regulation, legal compliance and company policy
- To perform other related duties assigned or requested by the project manager from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in Road Construction.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM2,800 - RM3,500.00 per month
