We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy **NOC Intern** to join our Network Operation Center (NOC) team. This internship provides hands-on experience in monitoring and supporting network infrastructure, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of a contact center’s technology environment. The intern will work closely with the IT and network teams to maintain optimal network performance and uptime.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor network performance, servers, and telephony systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving network, system, and connectivity issues.
- Support incident management by identifying, documenting, and escalating issues as required.
- Perform basic network diagnostics and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with IT team to support hardware, software, and telephony system configurations.
- Document system performance, issues, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for network monitoring and issue resolution.
- Participate in IT projects related to network upgrades and system improvements.
- Learn and assist in implementing security protocols to protect network integrity.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a **Diploma/Degree** in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, VoIP).
- Familiar with PHY, MySQL and Bootstrap.
- Understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Flexibility to work in shift-based schedules if required.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
