**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our global marketing team based in Penang, Malaysia. As a Marketing Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to track and analyze our brand and product sentiment to gain insights into customer perceptions, preferences, and trends. You will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategies and optimizing our brand positioning in the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze brand and product sentiment across various channels, including social media, online reviews, surveys, and customer feedback.
- Utilize sentiment analysis tools and techniques to quantify and evaluate customer perceptions and attitudes towards our brand and products.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer experience teams, to gather data and insights for analysis.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to present findings, trends, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations to drive marketing strategies, brand positioning, and product development initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with market dynamics, and emerging technologies that impact customer sentiment and behavior.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, data analysis, market research, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and software, such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience with sentiment analysis tools and techniques is highly desired.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., SPSS, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
