**Requirements

- Ability to carry out stock order, check stock level, ordering and purchasing.
- Ability to complete reports pertaining to store and receiving.
- Meticulous and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and supervise storekeepers.
- Ability to monitor operations in store and receiving.

**Responsibility
- Assist in receiving all items ordered by Purchasing Department.
- Conduct physical checks on qualities and quantities if items received and contact department on checking seafood, meat items and direct issue items respectively.
- Check invoices, delivery against market list to ascertain correct pricing, quantity ordered to ensure accuracy.
- Update market list of food items received and ensure proper licensing of food stock items and acknowledge by department.
- Inform purchasing department on past delivery of goods.
- Prepare daily food and beverage and others receiving records summary for various account section for their follow up.
- Check and ensure the validity period of calibration of weighing scales, Policy, Procedures and hygiene on receiving/delivery of food/beverage items and others supply at loading bay.
- Ensure the loading bay is properly washed and sanitized twice a day on a daily basis.
