**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to support production lines. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

2. Material Handling: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to minimise product obsolescence.

3. BOM Management: Prepare and manage materials (B.O.M) for assembly areas, ensuring packaging sections have the necessary components promptly.

4. Goods Pick-Up and Delivery: Ensure goods are picked based on the BIN method and FIFO system, planning and ensuring delivery of BOM on time according to Production Planning Control (PPC) schedules with full quantity and correct products.

5. Stock Updates: Ensure production order fulfilment (UV RACK and FILTER) and update the stock through the System. After picking and delivery, Authorize checking product names, quantities, and pack sizes against the BOM.

6. Cycle and Stock Count: In charge of weekly cycle counts and stock takes. Reconcile stock as assigned or required.

7. Operational Compliance: Ensure daily cleaning activities are carried out in designated areas, and the store is fully operational in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P).

8. BOM Transfer Compliance: Ensure BOM transfers are conducted according to established systems (BOM TRANSFER).

9. Additional Duties: Perform any other duties or tasks superiors require to support operations.

**Qualifications**:
a) A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

b) Proven experience in warehouse management, particularly within the manufacturing sector.

c) Understanding of inventory control procedures and logistics.

d) Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.

e) Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

f) Excellent communication and leadership skills.

g) Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle diverse tasks.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
