- Raw Material Yard, Rolling Mills & IMP Blast Furnace**

**Total: 3 vacancy**

**1. Department: Raw Material Yard**
- Supervise and guide lorry unloading processes.
- Assist and manage material transfer activities using tipper lorries.
- Coordinate with excavator, shovel, and lorry drivers for heaping and transfer operations.
- Oversee the unloading of imported shipments (e.g., coke, pellet ore, PCI, coal, fine materials).
- Monitor and support material crushing and screening activities.

**2. Department: Rolling Mills**
- **Offline Roll Setting**: Perform roll settings for ITS and RE during offline operations.
- **Mill Maintenance**: Service and repair roughing, intermediate, and finishing mills.
- **Tempcore Assistance**: Assist with Tempcore settings and servicing during size changes and offline operations.
- **Chute Fabrication**: Conduct fabrication of chutes.

**3.Department: IMP Blast Furnace**

**a) Coal Charging and Grinding Operation**:

- Plan coal charging and grinding quantities.
- Communicate with relevant technicians (crane, charging, grinder, feeder).
- Record production data in log sheets and maintain proper filing for audits.
- Follow SOPs for the process and report abnormalities or breakdowns to superiors.
- Fill shift operating logbooks and share production updates in WhatsApp groups.
- Collect fine coal samples for QA analysis.

**b) Coal Injection Operation**:

- Control coal injection rate as per blast furnace (BF) Main Control Room (MCR) requests.
- Communicate with BF MCR about abnormalities and log injection parameters.
- Record coal injection tonnage and communicate with Water Network for pressure adjustments.
- Report issues affecting operations to superiors.

**c) Additional Support**:

- Assist with plant 5S, housekeeping, and bag filter inspections.
- Support other workstations as needed

**Job Requirement**
- Must possess at least SPM, SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia), relevant certification in mechanical/ welding or fabrication OR any relevant certificate
- Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
- Ability to work in heavy industry culture & working environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations.
- Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
