**Job Description (Provided by Mr. Tony)**:
**1. Website Design & Layout**
- Creating website designs based on client requirements, branding, and industry trends.
- Designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like **Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or Photoshop**.
- Ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly interface (UI).

**2. Front-End Development**
- Converting designs into functional web pages using **HTML, CSS, JavaScript**.
- Implementing responsive and mobile-friendly designs using **CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS**.
- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

**3. UX/UI Design**
- Understanding user behavior and improving user experience (UX).
- Conducting usability testing and making design improvements.
- Enhancing accessibility and navigation.

**4. Graphic Design & Branding**
- Creating website assets, such as **logos, icons, banners, and images**.
- Working with typography, color schemes, and design elements to align with brand identity.

**5. Content & Multimedia Integration**
- Collaborating with content creators to integrate text, images, videos, and animations.
- Ensuring proper formatting and visual consistency.

**6. SEO & Performance Optimization**
- Optimizing website layout and design for **search engines (SEO)**.
- Ensuring fast loading times and efficient performance.
- Implementing best practices for **image compression, caching, and minification**.

**7. Website Maintenance & Updates**
- Updating website content, layout, and design as needed.
- Fixing design issues and ensuring smooth functionality.
- Regularly testing websites for bugs and performance issues.

**8. Collaboration & Communication**
- Working with **developers, content writers, marketers, and clients**.
- Understanding client needs and translating them into design solutions.
- Providing creative input and feedback during website development.

**9. CMS & Website Builders**
- Designing and customizing websites using **WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or Webflow**.
- Managing themes, templates, and plugins.

**Requirements**:

- Adobe Photoshop / AI / XD

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
