1.Design and produce high-quality packaging, boxes, and sticker labels for beauty & wellness products, ensuring that they align with the company's branding standards and effectively communicate key product information to the target audience. 2.Collaborate with the product development team to develop packaging concepts and designs that align with product specifications and branding guidelines. 3.Create mockups and prototypes to visualize packaging design concepts and evaluate their effectiveness. 4.Develop and maintain a library of graphic assets and design templates for use in packaging and labeling. 5.Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure that packaging designs are optimized for production and cost-effective. 6.Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in packaging design and labeling. 7.Ensure that packaging designs comply with industry regulations and standards for safety, labeling, and marketing claims. 8.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that packaging designs align with marketing and branding campaigns. 9.Manage and prioritize workload to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. 10.Conduct quality checks to ensure that packaging designs meet the company's standards for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. 11.Present packaging design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine the final product. 12.Ensure that all packaging designs are delivered in the appropriate format for their intended use. 13.Ensure that all designs are optimized for different printing methods and materials. 14.Manage and maintain accurate records of design files and artwork assets. 15.Continuously seek out new design inspiration and techniques to enhance the company's packaging design and labeling.
