Responsibilities determining material specifications, creating and maintaining

inventory schedules, coordinating with internal departments, and managing external

stakeholder relations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure appropriate supply of cost-efficient and high-quality materials for

steady production and product delivery.
- Review MRP Net report weekly and replenish orders accordingly.
- Request quotations, conduct price comparisons, and update pricing in the

system.
- Monitor items with shelf life closely.
- Schedule production of Paint and Ink, raise POs for Ink Paste, Paint Paste,

Chemicals, and Pigments.
- Schedule Blister Cards, Blister, and Chemicals for vendors, expedite goods to

support production.
- Responsible for surface coating materials and PIM, ensuring compliance with

Mattel's requirements for 17 elements of HE.
- Collaborate with Product Integrity team for annual supplier certification.
- Review MRP Net report to replenish orders for pigments, chemicals, ink, paint

paste, blister packaging, etc.
- Review surface coating materials to ensure timely delivery, given longer lead

time for HE compliance.
- Prioritize urgent lab testing with PI team & IQC to support A&P due to lab

limitations.
- Work closely with store personnel to monitor stacks diligently for FIFO due to

shelf life.
- Monitor usage and provide technical support or troubleshooting with vendors

and engineering team.
- Request MBOS for all new materials and upload into CMD (Chemical Data

Management).
- Review and observe stock holdings.
- Analyze and review WIP inventories for better planning.
- Replenish blister cards per PPIC 18 shift plan.
- Expedite packaging support per block change/18 shift plan to ensure

uninterrupted material supply.
- Replenish stock when required and prioritize inventory observation.
- Review obsolescence submissions by PPIC and arrange ICCI for ID Memo

preparation; submit PA in the system.
- Follow up on drawings from the engineering team.
- Ensure all material purchases comply with RMS/QMS requirements.
- Ensure no line interruption for direct material supply to support A&P pack-out.
- Communicate with local/overseas suppliers and expedite long lead time items.
- Monitor usage and safety stock for direct materials, especially during the

current pandemic situation.
- Update Direct Material price savings monthly.
- Provide forecasted plans to suppliers for raw material protection for Kansai.
- Coordinate new costing inquiries or new material evaluations with the

engineering team.
- Coordinate SER, DOC, NOC, and SDS.

Job Requirements:

- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in procurement or equivalent job function.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
