**Responsibilities**:

- To provide first level & 2nd level support for all IT-related hardware and networking
- To manage IT properties and assets, including hardware and networking
- To perform system housekeeping including server backup and recovery
- Any ad-hoc duties as required by Management
- Provides IT support for laptops, printers, peripherals, cellular devices
- Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Installing and testing firewalls, servers, software, and hardware for good functionality.
- Communicating with managers and collaborating with outside parties on troubleshooting and resolving System-related issues within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ experience; Working experience in related field will be an advantage;
- Able to communicate in English & BM. Others spoken language would be value added;
- Discipline and self-motivator;
