1. Supervise operation team and contractors, manage operations, maintenance and servicing of the plants and work with the feedstock supplier (Mill) to ensure continuous running of the plants;
2. Manage and direct assigned operation resources and contractors to ensure proper planning and timely execution of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works;
3. Responsible for performance evaluations, training and discipline;
4. Communication focal point to operational stakeholders including: Distribution Licensee (TNB), feedstock supplier, contractors, equipment vendors, respective government authorities, and supporting team members;
5. To be aware of, and to ensure compliance and renewal of respective government authorities’ licenses, permits, and procedures at all time;
6. Review daily and weekly plant performance reports;
7. Prepare monthly performance report;
8. Improve operation efficiency, processes, and policies in support with organization missions.

9. To be responsible for the equipment and machinery within the 33kV and 11kV step-up transformer room and switch gears;
10. To manage and handle all the electrical and instrumentations for the Biogas Power Plant;
11. To carry out troubleshooting and problem solving about the electrical matters;
12. To assist in the repair and maintenance of all equipment and electrical instruments;
13. To manage the operations maintenance and servicing of the Biogas Power Plant;
14. To coordinate with the palm oil mill’s Chargeman regarding the electrical matters;
15. To ensure the smooth running of the electrical system to minimize downtime for the Biogas Power Plant;
16. To liaise with TNB personnel for planned shutdowns or during emergencies;
17. To assist Plant Head on the operation.

Job Requirement:
1. Malaysian citizen and aged 18 to 40 years old (men only)

3. Working experience at least for 2 years

4. Responsible and have a great teamwork

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
