**About the Role**
Are you an energetic, people-oriented individual eager to gain real-world experience in operations and community management? We’re looking for an enthusiastic **Operations & Community Intern** to join our vibrant coworking space team at **INFINITY8 Johor Bahru**. This internship offers valuable hands-on exposure to workspace operations, hospitality services, and member engagement in a modern, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the daily operations of the coworking space, including opening and closing routines
- Greet and support members, guests, and visitors with professionalism and a welcoming attitude
- Help coordinate and execute events, workshops, and community activities
- Support onboarding processes for new members, including workspace tours and welcome briefings
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of common areas such as meeting rooms, pantry, and shared workstations
- Monitor office supplies and inventory; escalate facility needs when necessary
- Respond to member inquiries and feedback, escalating concerns to senior staff when appropriate
- Assist in managing bookings for meeting rooms, hot desks, and event spaces
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, internal reporting, and ad-hoc assignments
- Learn and adhere to company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Current student or recent graduate in **Hospitality, Business Administration**, or a related field
- Genuine interest in coworking spaces, community building, and operational management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment
- Fluent in **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia**; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
