**Job Summary**

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented **Financial Controller** to lead our finance department and ensure the company’s financial integrity, compliance, and long-term growth. This leadership role involves full-spectrum financial management, strategic planning, investor relations, and team development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee preparation and analysis of accurate financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and statutory filings
- Ensure full compliance with MFRS, IFRS, tax laws, and other financial regulations
- Lead financial strategy, risk management, and capital planning to support business growth and investment readiness
- Engage and liaise with investment banks, external auditors, tax consultants, and potential investors
- Monitor financial performance and advise management with key insights and recommendations
- Implement and maintain strong internal control systems and financial governance policies
- Manage company cash flow, working capital, and financial sustainability
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team to support a high-performance culture
- Drive system and process improvements to enhance reporting and operational efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Master’s Degree or professional certification (CMA, ACCA) is preferred
- **MIA membership is mandatory**:

- 7-10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with **at least 3 years in a managerial or controller role**:

- Strong knowledge of MFRS, IFRS, and Malaysian financial reporting regulations
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in liaising with investors, investment bankers, and senior leadership
- Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
