Job Responsibilities:

- Follow up closely with clients to collect required loan documentation
- Process mortgage loan cases and submission
- Manage bank approval and loan
- Property realty engagement
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with solicitors, housing developers, housing institutions and relevant authorities
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to support smooth loan processing

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Experience in mortgage/loan processing or banking is a bonus
- Fresh graduates with strong willingness to learn are welcome

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
