Japanese Copywriter

**Job Opportunity: Copywriter (Beauty & Personal Care / F&B)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Write clear, concise, and engaging product descriptions aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure all copy is SEO-friendly by considering keyword density, tone, style, and readability.
- Develop compelling copy to highlight product features and benefits, inspiring purchase decisions without sounding overly promotional.
- Deliver high-quality content for product categories, events, and promotional projects within set deadlines.
- Collaborate with induction, buying, and campaign teams to ensure timely production and publishing of content.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and on-brand tone of all copy.
- Manage translations and localization of content for various markets.
- Utilize client asset libraries to implement product and promotional content.
- Translate content analytics and performance data into actionable recommendations for site and app optimization.
- Partner with local market teams to prioritize and deliver site and promotional content.

**Requirements**:

- Strong copywriting experience, particularly for **beauty & personal care brands** (F&B knowledge a plus).
- Excellent understanding of digital production workflow and content lifecycle.
- Skilled in content analytics with the ability to optimize based on performance.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) and commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Amazon).
- Experience managing content/document workflows on SharePoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, site optimization, and digital marketing tactics.
- Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and results focus.
- Ability to work across different time zones and manage client expectations against KPIs.
- Culturally aware with international work experience preferred.
- Awareness of digital trends and evolving content practices.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
