- The Marketing Solutions team specifically focuses on offering sellers access to Shopee’s marketing assets (such as banners, homepage banners etc.) and full suite of marketing activities across the customer funnel in order to drive traffic and sales. This team also works with brands to optimise their online marketing investment.- Develop data-backed platform & seller insights used to inform team strategy, target setting, and highlight key areas of improvement
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Solutions team to develop & maintain key performance trackers, seller participation submission sheets, and external-facing reports
- Develop and maintain scalable end-to-end automated data pipeline to serve business requirements from internal stakeholders
- Communicate with key stakeholders to understand business problems and proposed comprehensive solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve any urgent ad hoc issues that may potentially arise

**Requirements**:

- Ability to manage workload of simultaneous new & ongoing analytics projects
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
- Ability to read and write SQL code and exposure to Python (Pandas, NumPy) or JavaScript
- Foundational knowledge of statistics and data visualization methodology, tools, and concepts
