**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Detail Task For Buying items
- Source of potential suppliers in line with specification.
- Ensure the appropriate terms and conditions are specified on the purchase order
- Assisting Requestor's for Vendor Pre-Q
- Prepare for negotiation of short listed supplier(s) to the lowest best price with timely delivery.
- Negotiate better payment terms
- Evaluate and update new/exisiting vendors into Approved Vendor List
- Assist in preparation of contract/LOI with necessary terms and condition relevant to the purchase item
- Prepare Bid Tab & discussion of issuing of Puchase Order
- Process order and ensure timely delivery of Purchase products
- Assist on Expediting of Purchase Order when it require
- Assist to close all outstanding PO
- Provide assistance between requester and suppliers
- Corodinate all necessary Import & Export Documenation
- Corodinate with FIN for payment or any invoices got issues
- Corodinate with Vendor for any return or replacement of defective materials
- Update and report to Supervisor on the above

Special Task

Taking care on orentation for new staft on the Procurement process

Evaluate Existing/Active Vendors Yearly
