**Nature of Business**: Logistics & Shipping Sdn Bhd
- **Location**:Bukit Tinggi,Klang
- **Working Days**: 5 days ( Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm)
- **Salary**:RM2,200 - RM2,600
**Job responsibilities**:
- Plan and arrange slot bookings with ocean ships.
- Coordinate with the ocean liner, shipper, and shipper's agent regarding SI (Shipping Instruction), DBL (Draft BL), and OBL (Original BL).
- Ensure that containers move sufficiently for the shipper.
- Ensure that containers arrive at the Port Area at the specified time.
- Prepare an invoice for consumer billing.
- Follow up on payment collection at the shipping line.
- Send BL to the consumer.
- Data entry/document filing.
- To do any duties that your supervisor may assign you from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or above.
- Capable of communicating with people at different levels.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Capable of working autonomously with little supervision, communicating well with all levels of management, and solving difficulties.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
Schedule:
