**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**

To be responsible for checking and verifying all accounting data prior to input into the computer system keyed in by Accounts Clerk.
- To be responsible for checking reconciliation of daily cash collected and monthly bank current account statements prepared by Accounts Clerks.
- To ensure all creditor statement of accounts are accurately reconciled monthly by the Accounts Clerks.
- To ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and statistics as and when requested / required by the management.
- To responsible for checking and authorizing issuance of Refund vouchers.
- To be responsible for maintaining all accounting records and ensuring all accounting controls and records are updated daily.
- To be responsible for verifying and obtaining authorization form Credit Card companies for transactions whereby Credit Card holder is not present.
- To provide information / statistics required for budgeting.
